MAKING TIME

Many Solis Nails designs are handcrafted by skilled nail artists in Vietnam, with close attention to every detail.

Because our handmade sets require time to create, finish, and quality-check, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is ready to ship.

We believe beautiful details are worth the extra care, and we truly appreciate your patience while your nails are being made.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States:
6–8 business days

International:

United Kingdom: 6–8 business days

Canada: 6–10 business days

Australia: 6–10 business days

Rest of the World: 10–12 business days

We offer FREE SHIPPING on U.S. orders of $79 or more.

The qualifying order value is calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If an international package is refused, rejected, or left unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for:

The original shipping cost

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges

Any return shipping fees charged to Solis Nails

Orders that are refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees may not be eligible for a refund.
