RETURNS: For hygienic reasons, our products Solis Nails are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE: During the production and packaging process, we carry out several tests on our products to ensure that you receive the best quality product. In case you have received a defective product, please send an email to info@solisnails.com with your order number and a clear picture of the defective goods within 48 hours of receiving your package, in order for us to correct the situation.

EXCHANGE: Solis Nails does not accept exchanges. If a product is defective, you will be issued a free replacement set or a gift card that has the value of the product.
